Like to exhibit your artwork with us!
Simply enter your details via the REGISTRATION link above, and press SUBMIT.
Your registration will be confirmed via email with details on how to book your first event with us. Your details will be added to our database so we can keep you up-to-date with details of our events and socials.
Exhibitors are invited via email each month to take part in forthcoming events. Invites go out to a range of different arts and crafts to ensure a variety of artwork is always on display for visitors.
BOOKING YOUR FIRST PITCH
The booking email is sent with a copy of our Terms & Conditions to be signed and returned with the booking fee.
On receipt of both, confirmation of your place will be emailed along with a receipt for your payment. Details for your listing on the Exhibitors page will be included. A screen shot will be sent for you to check and confirm your listing details.
Each month new exhibitors are introduced at the top of the Exhibitors page. Your listing is then placed below in alphabetical order and will remain there for the year to continue promoting you and your artwork.
DEMONSTRATIONS
We love artist's demonstrating their skills during our events.
Please let us know if you wish to include this during the day. We will help promote this through our promotional campaign in the run up to each event.
PROMOTIONAL IMAGES
We hope you will be willing to have yourself and your display photographed for furture promotional use via our social media and website. Please let me know in advance if you prefer not to have images taken.
MARKETING
Marketing of the events focuses on Instagram and Facebook posts along side direct promotional material through our monthly Newsletter.
Online media platforms viaVisit Wiltshire, Experience Salisbury, New Valley News, Salisbury Radio, Pedddle and The Local Art Scene are engaged to promote the events and exhibitions.
Our promotional gate flyer is distributed at various locations in and around the town centre and surrounding villages. This includes the Tourist Information Centre, train station, hotels, guest houses, pubs and local businesses.
INSURANCE
Public Liability insurance with adequately cover is required to take part in our events. A copy of your insurance certificate is required for our records and must be updated when required. Details are included in the booking email.

More than anything we hope you embrace taking part in our events and enjoy the experience.
We will be on-hand before and throughout the day and will help in anyway we can to ensure you get the most out of the event.

Events will be cancelled if necessary due to unsuitable weather conditions.
